    • Non-Cancellable Items: Items like jewelry with custom engraving or perishable items (if any) cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

    • Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Products: If the product you receive does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service within 2 days of receipt. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

    • Warranty Issues: For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the manufacturer’s customer support for resolution.
